Order processing

Please allow two working days for your order to be processed. This time allows us to personalize your frame with your unique avatar. You will receive an e-mail notification within one working day of your order to confirm that it is being processed!

National delivery (France)

We're delighted to offer free delivery on all orders within France! Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of order completion using Colissimo, La Poste.

International shipping (European Union)

For orders shipped to the European Union, we offer the Colissimo International service. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the total weight of the order and the chosen destination. You can view the estimated shipping costs in your shopping cart before finalizing your order.

 

Packaging

To ensure the safety of your items during transport, we use high-quality packaging materials. Each item is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit. In addition, a photo of each package is taken before packing to document the condition of the item before shipment.

Parcel tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, enabling you to follow the delivery status of your package in real time.
