Please note: As each product ordered is personalized and custom-made for a specific customer, we regret that we cannot accept any returns.

 

Incorrect orders :

For all incorrect orders: Your satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly. If your product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or if you have received the wrong product due to our error, please contact us immediately by e-mail. We will issue a partial refund or send a replacement, depending on our return policy. In some cases, we may ask you to send us a photo or video of the item for evaluation.

Order cancellation :

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, once we have begun customizing your order, it is no longer possible to cancel. Customization of your order usually begins within one to two hours of order confirmation. Should you wish to cancel an order in the process of being personalized, we will refund you according to the stage of the process and the time and resources invested in creating your design.

However, if the customization or work has been completed, no refund will be issued. Please think carefully before placing an order, and contact us promptly if you make a mistake or change your mind.

Return and refund policy:

We are committed to providing quality products and thoroughly inspect each order prior to shipment. If, despite our efforts, you receive an incorrect or damaged order due to an error on our part, we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your order to inform us of the problem and enable us to resolve the situation quickly.
